Postpartum massage relaxes muscles, increases circulation, lowers stress hormones and drains lymph. Our massages are specific to what presents in each mum during our assessment. This includes a variety of massage techniques which include, trigger point massage, myofacial release, the breaking down of cellulite, flexibility and lymphatic drainage. Whilst we do have an option for a once off massage, we do suggest a 10 day package to gain maximum benefit and healing.

What is Postpartum Massage
Postpartum massage is a therapeutic massage designed to help new mothers recover from childbirth and ease the physical and emotional stresses of motherhood. The massage techniques used in postpartum massage are gentle and specifically tailored to the needs of postpartum women.
