What is Baby Massage
Baby massage is a gentle form of touch therapy that involves the use of various massage techniques on a baby’s body. It is usually performed by a parent or caregiver and can have a number of benefits for both the baby and the caregiver.

- Enhanced development: Regular massage can help promote healthy physical and cognitive development by encouraging the development of the baby’s muscles, coordination, and sensory awareness.
When giving a baby massage, it is important to use gentle and slow strokes, and to always respond to your baby’s cues and preferences. You can also use a natural oil or lotion to help your hands glide more smoothly over your baby’s skin.
It’s important to note that not all babies may enjoy massage, and some babies may have certain medical conditions that make massage unsuitable. It’s always a good idea to consult with your pediatrician before starting a baby massage routine.

Postpartum massage relaxes muscles, increases circulation, lowers stress hormones and drains lymph. Our massages are specific to what presents in each mum during our assessment.
Postpartum Baby and Mum Massage Packages
