Our post-childbirth foods are 100% natural and specially selected for their temperament and powerful healing properties according to the Ayurvedic natural system of medicine. In this system, new mothers enter into a six week period of confinement immediately after childbirth in what is known as Huwawar. It is in this crucial period that new mothers heal, establish breastfeeding and recover their physical and mental strength to prepare them for the rewarding challenges of Motherhood.

What is Doula

Doulas do not provide medical care, but they can work alongside medical professionals to provide a holistic and personalized approach to childbirth. Some women choose to have a doula present during their childbirth experience to provide additional support and advocacy.

Our class aims to help you introduce solids in a safe and healthy way in accordance with the guidelines set out by the WHO.

Baby Massage
Baby massage has many emotional and physical benfits. It helps improve sleep, assists with colic and constipation and stimulates their nervous system.
Antenatal Class
Pregnancy is a completely new experience in itself and it is normal to feel anxious and worried about your birth and life beyond that.
Postpartum Massage
Postpartum massage relaxes muscles, increases circulation, lowers stress hormones and drains lymph. Our massages are specific to what presents in each mum during our assessment.
